Thirsty Thursday at Loopy Doopy
In the summertime there are few things better than popsicles, prosecco and rooftop views. Or at least I thought there were few things better.....until I discovered Loopy Doopy, where popsicles are served in prosecco on a rooftop. Ummmmmm.....Best. Thing. Ever. Seriously. I mean, why cool off with a popsicle when you can cool off with prosecco and a People's Pop cocktail while enjoying the gorgeous views of New York Harbor? BRB. I'm moving into the Conrad for the summer so I can go here every night.
If you're planning to go here (which, FYI, there should be no 'ifs, ands, or buts' about this decision, it should just be "Yes, I'm going!"), you will definitely find a wide variety of people here (everyone from those grabbing a drink after work to groups of friends visiting NYC for the weekend) so the attire ranges from more casual to business attire. Michelle and I made a few changes (including some you'll read about tomorrow) to take some of the pieces we wore to Eataly from day to night for an overall casual dressy feel. Keep on scrolling to see our looks and to find outfit details at the bottom of the post. And, of course, you must hop on over to Michelle's site to read her article "Loopy Doopy! AKA. THE Rooftop for Boozy Popsicles & Bubbly Fun! ".
