Happy February! And happy day-after-you-eat-all-the-buffalo-chicken-things! Tell me, who did you guys root for last night? I couldn’t decide if I wanted to cheer on the savory (bleu cheese & buffalo chicken pretzel roll calzones) or the sweet (soft & buttery m&m cookies). It was such a tough call, but ultimately they ended in a tie, so everyone winsYou know what else is winning in my life right now? Cozy socks and flannel shirts. Seriously. Best.Combo.Ever! This flannel shirt has done wonders in bringing some color and variety to my otherwise all-black winter wardrobe, and the socks, well, who doesn’t want to keep their toes toasty in the winter? Lately, I’ve also been using them to winterize some of my not-so-winter-friendly shoes, like these SOREL boots. They’re great because they are waterproof, but not so great because they don’t come up high, so, you guessed it (or probably just looked at the pictures), I throw on a cute pair of winter socks.

P.S. In case you guys were starting to think that I was immune to cold weather and that I gleefully pranced around sans jacket in 20 degree weather, make sure you scroll all the way to the end….
