Editor’s Note // And just like that it’s the last month of the year {and the decade…yikes!} and we’re in the thick of holiday madness! Every year I promise myself that I’ll slow down and savor this festive time more, yet every year this season seems to get busier and busier. Throw in work deadlines, travel and a move {Yup, we moved…more on that below}, and that goal seems farther out of reach than ever before. But you better believe that even if all isn’t calm around here, it will at least be merry + bright. Happy holidays! xx

I’m heading on a fun holiday press trip to one of my favorite places, Portland, Maine. While I’ve visited many times in other seasons {you can see my guide from my last trip there here}, this will be my first time there in the winter and I couldn’t be more excited to explore the city in all of its snowy glory! Stay tuned for my Portland wintertime guide later this month!

If you follow me on Instagram, you might have noticed that we moved. Yup, it’s true. After what felt like months of never ending searching, we finally found a little bungalow not too far from Abbott Kinney, in Venice, and we officially moved in last week. Now comes the whole other process of never ending unpacking, settling in, DIY projects and decorating…looking forward to taking you along with us and sharing more home content soon!
