Summer 2017 Bucket List

Every time summer rolls around, I like to create a bucket list of all of the ways I want to celebrate the season. And since today is the celebration day of all celebration days, aka the first ever National Bubbly Day, it seemed like the perfect day to share Summer 2017's list.

1. It should come as no surprise that the first thing on my list is to celebrate #nationalbubblyday with a glass (or three) of my favorite bubbly, Segura Viudas Cava.
2. Pack a picnic and head to the park, just in time to catch sunset
3.  Grab pizza, some Segura Viudas Cava, and head to see a movie in the park
4. Spend a day on Governor's Island 
5. Rooftop lounging and bubbles on the weekly
6. Grill outside instead of cooking in at least twice a month
7. Host an ice cream sundae party
8. Take a sail around Manhattan
9. Check out at least 5 new rooftop bars
10. Take a weekend trip (to the beach or a lake) with good friends (and good bubbles)
11. Snap polaroid memories from every summer getaway
12. Plant an herb garden on our windowsill
13. Spend more time reading books (and less time scrolling Instagram)
14. Pick drawing/painting back up...spend some time in the park and/or on the roof doing said drawing/painting
15. Take advantage of the many free concerts in the parks around the city 
16. Host at least one rooftop soiree 
17. Perfect my ceviche and poké recipes
18. Sit under the stars, doing nothing but taking them in
19. Plan at least one overseas adventure 
20. Plan at least on road trip
21. Go somewhere new in New York
22. Go somewhere new not in New York
23. Play hooky to go to the beach (at least once)
24. Go berry picking
25. Go on an ice cream crawl around NYC
26. Find some fun vintage woven bags to add to my collection
27. Go kayaking on the Hudson River
28. Workout outside more than I do inside (Hi, yoga in the park!)
29. Take at least one spontaneous adventure
30. Toast (with a little Segura Viudas) to both the ordinary and extraordinary moments all summer long
