Striped Shirt + White Pencil Skirt
Armor Lux Shirt || J. Crew Skirt (similar one currently available on their site) || Steve Madden Heels || GiGi New York Bag c/o
Hi fraaands! Apologies for leaving you hanging last week. Our move wore me out more than I thought it was going to (translation: I was brutally reminded just how old I have become). And we ran into some technical difficulties getting our internet set-up (Aka they told us it was going to be almost 3 weeks before they could set-up, to which I promptly said "NO!", "Did I move back in time to the 90's?!" and "NO!" ). But I'm back and excited for a new week and a new place and a better space to bring you even better content.
This white skirt and striped shirt number was shot before the move, but let me just tell ya about this shirt. It's a serious workhorse. It's another Armor Lux shirt (you know, that brand I discovered in Paris and haven't shut up about since). Obviously it can be jazzed up for a night out, but it's also acceptable with jeans, for meetings and worn as a pajama top. How would I know this? Funny you should ask. After our move, I couldn't find any clothes.....except this shirt. And bless its little stripes, it pulled quadruple duty and managed to get me through a week of limited clothes and lots of different activities. And while it looks great with everything, pairing it with this white pencil skirt has to be one of my favorite looks for spring. It's so effortlessly chic, but still dressy and pulled together enough for dinner and drinks. I'll definitely be wearing this look all season long....or at least until I find the rest of my clothes ;)
