Dressed Up Flare Jeans

You know how the saying goes, "Get up, dress up, show up"? Well, today I'm accomplishing a whopping 1 out of 3 of those things (getting up, in case you were wondering). Considering the long flight home yesterday, the spring time change, and the jet lag, I'd say that is a success. 

Last week I shared a casual not-so-70's way to style a pair of flares, and this week, well, you probably guessed it, I'm sharing how to turn your flares into a spacesuit....Oh, you mean you thought I was going to say I'm sharing a dressy way to style your flares?! Ok, ok you got me, and apparently so did the jet lag because I'm making the laaaaamest jokes ever. All joking aside, though, yes, I am sharing a more dressy way to style flared jeans. The shoes and tee are the same as last week but a simple switch of outer layers and bags, and the addition of a neck scarf, make this dressed up enough for dinner, cocktails, or, in my current case, just plain showing up. Now if I could just figure out the whole showing up part...
