WHAT'S AHEAD FOR JUNE 2019
A PEEK AT WHAT'S COMING UP THIS MONTH AT RUNWAY CHEF HQ
Let’s go on a summer getaway
Editor’s Note // There is nothing I love more than creating content for my website and for you, the reader. And yet, it’s been the biggest struggle for me to keep it up consistently while juggling some of the other aspects of growing a business. So, this month, instead of creating lots of new content, I’m going to be (mostly) sharing all kinds of never-before seen travel content, some of which has been sitting in my draft folder for an embarrassingly long time (like two-years kind of long time). The only thing I have slightly in my defense is that the hard drive containing many of our travel photos dropped and broke. But it’s finally on the mend and I’m finally out of excuses not to share. Plus, I think it’s safe to say, we could all use a summer getaway, whether it’s near or far, mentally or physically. I hope this month’s travel-themed content helps you take whatever getaway it is that you need! xx

Every month we use Pinterest to help us design our monthly mood boards. These boards then act as our guide when it comes to shaping the direction and look of the content for the upcoming month. While I’ve always kept these private in the past, I thought it would be fun to start sharing them with y’all. So, without further ado, you can peek the June inspo board here. As you’ll see, the theme is all about dreamy escapes, summer light, linen looks and fresh bites.
WORK //
Keeping in line with this month’s getaway theme, we’ll be working on a few travel-themed projects, like updating my guide to the best coffee shops in the country, adding in LA recommendations and working on something to make it even easier to access and utilize my travel recommendations.
LIFE //
Getting in lots of beach walks and hikes, experimenting with some new farmer’s market finds, eating al fresco, snagging a few sundresses and pairs of cute sandals, going for sunset cruises up the coast, switching up the routine (Happy hour on a Monday anyone?!) and, fingers crossed, hopefully finding a new place to move into
