Honey, Salami and Everything Seasoning Pizza

Honey, Salami and Everything Seasoning Pizza

I have Roberta’s to thank for my unhealthy obsession with a honey and salami pizza sitch. I feel like it’s such an underrated combo, and but one that just wins every single time.

I haven’t been to Roberta’s in a few years (Sorry, but the LA location doesn’t count to me. New Yorker problems I guess?! Ha!), so we often replicate it at home. And it is always, by far, the hands down favorite of any pizza night we host. Honestly, Dave can’t make them fast enough, or enough of them! Ha!

Ok, but here’s the thing, I feel like we’re all pretty familiar with honey and salami pizza by now, right? So, I really wanted to give my own unique spin to it, which is how we landed here on this jackpot of a pizza. I mean, you guys!!! When I say it is INSANE, I literally mean my mind was so blown when I took my first bite of it that I forgot where I was, what my name was, what day it was, what time it was, who I was, everything except for this pizza. I mean, it’s a honey salami pizza, which is already amazing in and of itself, but leveled up by like 1000%. And it’s not even difficult. It’s literally all thanks to 2 additional ingredients, ricotta cheese and everything seasoning. Side note- what doesn’t everything seasoning make better?! I mean, ok maybe ice-cream, but besides that, like pretty much everything.

And then we’ve got the ricotta which adds this super nice creaminess that so perfectly balances out the salty salami and sweet and spicy honey. I mean, not to be dramatic or anything but this pizza will kind of change your life. So, you know, you should probably go ahead and make it ASAP….

BECAUSE FOOD TASTES BETTER WHEN IT’S SHARED WITH OTHERS…
